The West-Call® Odyssey is the top of the line, micro-processor based, touch screen nurse call system. The West-Call® Odyssey hardware was designed by engineers and technicians with more than 50 years experience in designing and installing nurse call systems. Everything from the pillow speakers to the pull cords are made to withstand the heavy everyday usage that occurs in hospitals. The system comes with special diagnostic software to allow technicians the capability of pinpointing any problem that might occur quickly and easily. This Diagnostic software can also be accessed remotely using a modem.
